Selection Process
For each category, five finalist will be shortlisted. All the finalist will have a face to face or telephonic interview where they will have the opportunity to provide more information to their submission. The interview will be conducted by the organizing team in collaboration with the Judging panel. This will allow the Judges to make their final decision.
Judges
To ensure minimal bias, a neutral committee from recognized members of the energy efficiency industry has been established to judge and select the winners of each category.

Each winning company, Small/Medium or Large, will win each of the following
- An EECB Awards Trophy
- An EECB Awards Certificate
- One delegate pass to the 2016 South Africa Energy Efficiency Convention and Gala Dinner
- 1 Annual subscription to Zi Ziegelindustrie International Magazine
Energy Efficiency Champion Prizes

Accompanying documents
In addition to your nomination form, please ensure you provide the following supporting information. This information will be used for the purposes of the awards presentation ceremony, should your nomination be successful and for relevant media.
Please include:
- Your company logo
- 3 images of your production plant
- 3 images for each implemented measure
All these files should be preferably submitted in .jpeg format.
You may also include up to two additional documents in support of your nomination although not compulsory. This should be no longer than 10 pages and should provide additional data/information which directly illustrate the points made in your nomination.
